1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using YTGig ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

YTGig is a marketplace platform that connects YouTube content creators with freelance professionals including video editors, thumbnail designers, scriptwriters, and other content specialists. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreements between users.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You may not share your account with others
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment system
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

5. Payments and Fees

YTGig may charge fees for certain services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payments between creators and freelancers are handled directly between the parties unless using our escrow services.

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their original content. By posting content on YTGig, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

YTGig is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes between users, quality of work, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
